In case you missed it, SmartVault have launched a fresh new look to your secure client portal. Here is the link from February’s newsletter advising of this.

Also a new feature update is Request Docs. At present this is still undergoing some improvements to fix a few kinks but once fixed you may receive emails from us using the Request Docs function. You will be able to click the link in the Request doc email you receive which will take you to your secure client portal and list what we require from you. Once you have attached all the documents or marked requests as not relevant, you will be able to select finalized and this will automatically notify us we can now complete your return.

Until then we still need you to notify us when you have uploaded your final documents so that we can commence. Admin will continue to email you to ask if you have finished uploading before they mark your returns as ready for the Accountants to start.
