It’s BAS time again.  We’ve had quite a few clients who have recently moved to Xero and are very happy because it’s reduced their bookkeeping and made completing their Business Activity Statements quick and easy.

Benefits to using Xero include:

1. Direct bank feeds from your bank and setting up bank rules for recurring transactions (saves time and ensures items get coded correctly)
2. Keeping up to date with legislative requirements such as Single Touch Payroll and changes to tax rates
3. Your Accountant/Bookkeeper can access your file to assist where required (and this eliminates having to send a back up copy of your software)
4. Has the capacity for a lot of other useful add-ons.
